Born on October 4, 1995 in Benavente, Chef Tiago leads Terroir's kitchen team with all his cunning, charisma, creativity and expertise. In its path we find names such as Eleven Restaurant*, Fortaleza do Guincho* and Pure C** in the Netherlands. He saw in Terroir the perfect ground to conceive the birth of his kitchen, where he could express his identity and ideology. The kitchen for our Chef is based on feelings such as love, passion, delivery and satisfaction.
