Tiago Rosa


Born on November 23, 1994 in Lisbon, Chef Guilherme leads the kitchen team at Terroir with all his astuteness, friendliness, creativity and experience. Along the way, we find names like Ocean**, Fortaleza do Guincho* and Fifty Seconds by Martín Berasategui*. He saw in Terroir the perfect soil to conceive the birth of his kitchen, where he could express his identity and ideology. Cuisine for our Chef is based on feelings such as simplicity and good product.
